I like the first one. It's simply and classy looking. Plus it is easier for someone to put in their utensil canister.

The second one is so cute! But as I posted before, whichever one is the sharpest. I'd be happy getting either one.

I like the second one better however...I'm not sure if it comes apart to clean. If it doesn't, then I would choose the first one. A pizza cutter is always a nice thing to have, and not something that you are always going to purchase for yourself.

They are both completely different. One is more casual and the other is fancier. For a wedding favor, I would probably go with the first one because it looks more expensive. If i was buying it for myself, I might go with the second one.
