Favor Wording- donation

We are using the photobooth as one of our favors and will have the 2x6 frames at each place setting with a note inside each frame explaining to use the photobooth and stuff

however, my mom thought it would be a nice idea to also do a donation to the guide dog foundation, which is very special because a family member of ours is blind and all of our aunts and uncles are very much involved in the organization.

Does anyone know of a cute way to word the donation on a card?
