Favorite Desserts..

Ok I am desparate for posts...mine is strawberry shortcake!

I love strawberry shortcake also!!!

BUT Carnival got me hooked on these 'warm chocolate melting cakes' sooo freaking good... we had something simliar at applebees and I was in heaven!!!

I love anything, well almost!!!!! Now I'm craving something sweet! The most fav has to be what my mom makes me for my b-day every yr......It is a cream puff cake filled with vanilla pudding and cherries!!!! I eat the whole thing by myslef, yes I can be selfish,

Fudge is awesome...I went to school in Massachusettes for a while and right by Northampton there is this place called 'Atkins Farm'...it had the most amazing home made fudge in all of these amazing flavors!

My Favorite is:

Sugar free vanilla ice cream with melted natural peanut butter and sugar free russel stover chocolate sauce. YUM!

I don't eat sugar, can you tell? lol

I love sugar...but 3 years ago I went on atkins and lost 70 pounds by not eating sugar, pasta, bread, rice, etc. I really changed the way I eat.

Sometimes I lie and say I'm diabetic so I can get things prepared the way i eat them. Or, I tell them I have a wheat allergy.
