We got Xbox because we played it in Galyan's at Roosevelt Field and we were laughing our a$$es off!! Needless to say I have only played one night since we got it and FH has beaten Sunday Tiger Woods ...

DH has both PS2 and Xbox. He just said the other day how he never thought he would say this but Xbox is so much better than PS2. This is his exact quote 'the hard drive makes it so much easier to save games, you can use your own music during most new games that have the option, online has an annual fee, but it gets much better service than PS2 with many more options that make it a better experience, and they say the graphics are much better on the xbox, but the only time you notice the difference is if you are playing a game that moves real fast and you played it on both systems, you would notice a 'hiccup' more on the ps2 system (frame rate stutters), and if you are planning on using it with a home theatre system, most xbox games offer complete digital surround sound, whereas most ps2 games don't, that's without even getting into the high-definition options.'
you may want to think about what DH's friends have...since PS2 and XBox are online now...so they can play together...

Christy - I love my Game Cube! But......if you get a Game Cube, just know that Rob will be there constantly...... So if you want to see A LOT more of your brother-in-law, you make the decision! Please keep in mind that Tom will soon be moving away from Rob....so he'll be very very lonely Lori

we have PS2 and we love it!! they are a lot of good games that he and i play together - it's some of our greatest time together - sitting in our PJ's playing PS2 (hope that doesn't sound dorky!!!)

My DH always plays his Xbox & PS2 he rarley plays the gamecube he says they are more childrens games for the Gamecube. Now thta he has the Xbox & PS2 online I never see him, I could be gone for 2 weeks and as long as their is enough soda and food in the frig. he would never know I was gone
