well anything wrapped in bacon is fabulous.
maybe some type of raw tuna.
sliders have also become very popular. what about pulled pork?

i am too!!!!! If you've never been to ruth's chris you HAVE to go and try their lamb chop appetizer... they make them with a Cajun spices and a mango/melon sauce to dip instead of the usual mint jelle or whatever... UGH to DIE for delicious !!!
