i was just thinking about this..who is your favorite male singer/songwriter? my personal favs are: 1 - Steve Page - barenaked ladies - if you have never heard him sing live you are missing out. 2 - Eddie Vedder - pearl jam - def has a unique voice. Thoughts?

the guy from train is Pat Monahan. I have seen them live 2x! Once when they first came out - they OPENED for Hootie & The Blowfish at a show in Shirley, LI at a big field. I remember them singing 'Meet Virginia'. The 2nd time was at the Bowery - they always do small concerts and at this one, there had to be only 100 people. I love Train!
Let's see...I also like Steve Perry, Sting, Don Henley, Eddie Vedder, Bruce Springsteen, BONO!, Elton John, Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20, Chad Kroeger from Nickelback, the guys in the Calling, so many!! And, I almost forgot - I love Luther Vandross.
