Silly Question?

Red and white wine for cooking?

Is it cooking wine.. or do you juse use any wine you want?

use wine that you like to drink. if you like the wine, you'll like the flavor of it in the food.

Weight Watchers Diet Coke Chicken:

Place 4 boneless breasts in a saucepan. Add one can of diet coke and 1 cup of ketchup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 45 minutes. This turns into wonderful BBQ sauce!

My secret: burn it a bit, it tastes just like BBQ chicken!

my spinach artichoke dip.....its sooooooooooooooooo yummy!!!!!!!!!!

Heres a recipe if anyone wants to try.

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, and roughly chopped
1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
10 ounces prepared Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded parmesan-Romano cheese blend ( i always change the cheeses so you can use anything really)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces (1/2 pkg) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.

Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.

Serve with Chips or breads

FHs two favorites:

EASIEST CHICKEN CASSEROLE EVER

1 bag your favorite frozen veggies
2 chicken breasts cut up
1 cup of milk
1 package stove top stuffing mix

Cook the chicken in a saucepan with a little salt and pepper. Add it to a baking pan along with the veggies and milk. Sprinkle the stuffing mix (dry) over the top and cover with tin foil. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Voila!

YUMMY APPLE DIPPERS

1 package low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 package Hershey's toffee crumbles

Mix it all up in a bowl and serve with sliced apples. You can add more sugar and vanilla to taste. MMMMMMM
