Favorite Recipes!!

I am in need of appetizer recipes for Christmas. I think we did this last year & I got some great ideas from it.

Post your favorite recipe. It can be appetizer, dessert, main course ect.

I usually make corn casserole, mozzarella and parmesan baked mashed potatoes, pernil (pork shoulder), green beans with bacon and caramelized onions. For dessert I make Mississippi Mud Pie with oreo crust. Let me know if you want the recipes to any of these.
