Frog's Leap 2001 Zinfandel, roughly $30 a bottle.

Blackstone Merlot- excellent wine- from CA- $10-12 bottle.

Rosemont Estate Shiraz from Australia- $12.00

There is this great French Red- it's not that expensive- maybe like $15 and it has a white blue & red label with a turtle and rabbit on it.

I love the Beringer's Founder's Estate- $20 or so.

I love Kendall Jackson's merlot or cabernet....I think they're around $17-$20/bottle.

Markham Merlot - price varies depending on year $20 - $40.

There is a shiraz I had on LI that I can't find here and the name begins with OZ, but is longer.

Carbernet Savignon - 1996 Clos du Val
(not Clos du bois)

Price: It's californian and priced moderately. We usually get a bottle for about $35

Expensive - stags leap - is excellent

Moderate - Rutherford Ranch

Reasonable:
Bogle - EXCELLENT

I also love Raymond merlot 1999 and 2000 are both great - again...cheaper by me - CA wine

Ravenswood Zinfandel! Price varies wildly depending on the year, but the most moderately priced ones are about $12. Love it!

Another surprisingly good and inexpensive wine: Ecco Domani. The Chianti and the Sangiovese. I've gotten bottles for $9, sometimes even $8.
