I had the Strawberry Shortcake house and everything!
I was a little odd as a child. I never had a barbie and I only had one babydoll. My favorite toy was a tape recorder and a set of tapes. My little brother and I would make up songs and reenact 'The Wizard of Oz' on the cassette tapes. So, I guess my favorite toy was my imagination.

Re: Favorite toy when you were a kid?
I was a Barbie girl, but we too spent countless hours outside, riding bikes and making mudpies. My brother and i used to make tapes with silly songs and once we made up a whole ghost story complete with haunted house and sound effects. Wonder if I still have that tape....??
What about board games? Anybody ever hear of Silly Sandwich?

My Chrissy doll. I used to love making her hair longer by pulling it straight out of the top of that hole in her head.
