My centerpiece is made up of individual plants to be taken as favors.
How do I let people know to take one and for a final person to take the basket they're displayed in?

Maybe come up with a poem and stand it up by bthe centerpiece, or perhaps have your DJ/Band make an announcement?

Have the DJ mention something. I am sure they will know what to say... they are professionals at this wedding stuff....

This is a quote I found by Thomas Moore, you could use it and then say 'and our love is not complete without our friends and family, Thank you for sharing in our special day'
