Favors?

Favors?

Im having such a hard time deciding whether or not to do them. I found this cute golf ball christmas ornament (since we are getting married on a golf course). But is it worth it? I always forget my favor and the weddings I went to that didnt have them I never noticed. There are other things I could spend the $ on. What do you think? BTW - this is not the exact ornament - I would have a different picture and it would be a different color but you get the idea.

I think it's a really cute idea. I like it. The question of 'worth it' is hard to answer. If you have room in your budget go for it!

I was brought up with favors being a necessity. You need to thank your guests for coming and spending the day with you- no matter what the occasion.

I honestly dont always feel that way but ALOT of the people who will be at my wedding are very excited already at what they will give them to remember us by

So we are going with star x-mas ornaments to mark how he proposed.

Its no longer bad etiquette to not give favors, so if youre not into them, dont do it. You will ALWAYS have someone tell you the opposite of what you want to do - just dont listen to them!!!

I kinda agree. I agree I want to thank my guests, but favors are always so cheesy. We figured everyone has enough of the knickknacks, etc., from weddings so we are going to have a box of chocolates as of favor . . . who doesn't like chocolate?

Anyway, that is just my $0.02.
