I am only waiting on 5 replys wedding is July 1 do I order the amount I need plus a couple extra or do I wait until I hear from everyone? and do I order extra anyways after?

I would order them now and get a few extra. You can always give them to people who don't attend but send a gift.

Definitely get a few extra anyways... Some may break, or you may need some extras. I planned for one per couple, and imagine my surprise when I found one of DH's relatives running out of the RH at the end of the night with 3 favor boxes LOL.

I'd get a few extras just to be on the safe side. You want to make sure you have enough for everyone.
