favors

so what are you favor ideas? at first we were thinking of little photo albums that would double as seating card holders, then we were thinking of candy, then giving a group donation. who knows, we've also talked about doing all of them in some way (like maybe a candy bar instead of individual candies). whats everyone else doing? I really wanted to post this on my lunch break so i could come home and have fun things to read but the page wouldnt load and i had to get back to harassing insurance companies

very cute. we wouldn't do martini glasses only because we're edge. but we were thinking of black m&ms, silver foil sugar almonds (apparently its a very italian thing to have those so we both want to include them) and cream soda jelly bellys.

if that's what you mean then yeah my FH and i are the same way...i only picked a martini glass because i like the look of them..like design wise..my mom wanted me to do full bottles of wine but i refuse because we have recovering alcoholics on my side of the family and i don't want to tempt them...its bad enough there's going to be alcohol served at the reception (we're going to inform the bartenders and the wait staff and everyone at our reception hall who they are and not to serve them alcohol)...to give them a bottle to bring home would be wrong

That is such a great idea!! I love your color combo too. I wish I could use hot pink but I think EVERYONE in the wedding party would kill me (except my flower girls!)

thank you! i'm such a punk rock princess so FH knew going into this that there was definitely going to be some kind of pink as our wedding colors...

but i'm having my girls wearing black dresses and carry hot pink flowers

i dont think we're going with a set theme, and our colors are black white and gunmetal silver/gray, so the albums are black.

you could have a tattoo artist there tattooing your names on people as a favor..that would be fun

just your SIL making an effort to help...lol

hahaha, my aunt's a tattoo artist, though i doubt she'd be into doing that. you'll meet her at all the wedding stuff tho
