what about like a personzalized packet of seeds for planting ...you could even put it with a cute little watering can favor. I hve seen them online and are cute!!
What about little tea cups with the tea pyramid kinda things? My mom did this for my shower- she also added little sugar cubes in an organza bag, a few different kinda of tea, and spoons dipped in honey.
