Re: Favors
We knew we wanted something edible (like chocolate or cookies) or wine (which is what we are doing). It maybe easier to decide if you want to hand something out that the guests can keep? I just felt that most people put that stuff away and don't use it. Although, someone told me recently they always use the bottle opener they received as a favor... another idea are the photo/placecard frames... or what about coasters?

Re: Favors
Ohhhh the coasters are so nice. On most sites they have them already packaged nicely. The wine is always a great favor! Who doesn't like wine!

Re: Favors
I also love your idea of the stemless wine glasses! We are also doing matches and leaving them at the bar (for our family/friends that smoke).
...and yes, I've seen the coasters wrapped, its a cute idea!

Thank you!!!! I have a great little liquor store in N. Massapequa that we got them from and they were soooo accomodating! The luggage tags were about $1.50 each...not to shabby

Re: Favors
lOVE the wine idea especially the fact that its not a tiny sample.
I'm making cd's of our favorite songs and air freshners to take home at the end of the night.

Re: Favors
We are doing a donation favor to an animal rescue. We will also have 2 small maple candies(in a leaf shape) at each place setting.

Re: Favors
I think we are going to stick to our original idea and do a donation to a charity. We have't decided if we are going to do a note at the tables or on the way out.
I want to have water bottles out for my guests, I saw a cool DIY idea to remove the labels and replace with lace, it looks very cute! I wanted to make a cute sign about staying hydrated and avoiding a hangover. I might also have a basket of advil wrapped in pieces of lace to go with the 'avoiding the hangover' theme. haha I thought that would be cute, affordable and hopefully appreciated!

Re: Favors
thank you for all the ideas. I was just thinking about a coffee scoop with coffee. I think that would be a favor that my FH would actually like to give.
