Hi, I'm having a handful of kids under 10 at the wedding. I'm looking for ideas on what I can pick up for them as little favors to make them feel special and part of the party. I'm guessing the love bird salt and pepper shakers I'm giving everyone else won't be too exciting for them. Any ideas. Ages range from 2 to 10. Nothing too big or noisy (or messy). Thanks!

I don't have a lot of kids attending my wedding, maybe 5 or 6 at most, so I was a able to get them a bunch of lil things that would preoccupy them ,at an essentially all adult affair.
I got them lil tote bags with their initials (the knot has a special on these), personalized piggy banks which we plan to put some coins and a dollar in, some snacks, and coloring books. We also got the ring bearers/flower girls the same stuff but with socks/tie matching the groomsmen, and similar hair accessories/bathrobe like the ladies in my bridal party. I may add some more stuff to their party bags, but I haven't come up with anything yet.

Wow...great idea! I only have 8 kids attending, so the cost of doing personalized tote bags won't kill me. The kids and their parents will love it. Thank you so much!!!

I only have a handful of under 21s coming (wine bottles are my favor) so I think I will pick up some of those awesome chocolate covered pretzel trays from Uncle Giuseppe's a day or two before the wedding and put 3-4 in a cute little baggie. I went to a wedding recently where that was the favor and we loved it, I imagine all kids love chocolate!
And to add to the girls ideas above, you could pick up those super cheap small packs of crayons and maybe make some wedding themed coloring pages! As a little kid at a wedding, all I wanted to do was dance and get as many of those cheesy hand outs from the DJ as I could. I swear every picture of me under ten at a wedding involves me wearing those jumbo sunglasses, plastic lei, and maybe a glow in the dark necklace lol
