We invited approximately 460 people. Right now we are at a 38% 'no' rate. If we keep up at that rate, we will have 286 final count (which is under our minimum grrr...) Do you think ordering 300 favors is enough?

I say order 300. Since they're edible, you know extras won't go to waste. And I assume, if need be, you can always order more.

I agree. How long will it take for the favors to ship after the order is placed? If you order 300, but only 250 people come you will be stuck with 50 left overs, which is a lot!
