Favors...how many?

This may seem like an odd question, but FH and I are making CD favors for the wedding. BUT, we don't know if it is one favor per couple or one favor per person.

I initially thought one per couple, but a friend of mine said it is definitely one per person. I just figured a couple taking two of the same CD home was kind of silly, I guess.

Thoughts?

My cousin did cd favors...
he did one per couple because he said that if the couple really wanted two copies one of them could burn it. He agreed that two of the same cd was a little silly.
BUT if you are doing 'and guest' or have a table of singles or something I would give one to each person.
so ...Bob Smith and Guest would get two where as Joe Smith and Mary Jones would get one.

make sense?

That was what I was figuring. We don't have too many '& Guest' attendees but if we did one per couple I was planning on giving those people their individual favors anyway.

I feel better about this. Everything adds up and I am trying to be as economical as possible without committing a favor faux pas.
