Faze 4 Experience

We just got back from a showcase with this company. We had made an appointment for right after the show to inquire about other bands for our wedding.

Right after the showcase, they put us in a room by ourselves with a DVD to watch - they didn't introduce themselves, or ask us what our budget was or what music we were interested in. Just handed us a remote. Then, they never even came back into the room! So we just got up and left - nobody even noticed!

I hear their bands are expensive, but I don't see how they should be considering the awful customer service. In addition, the DVD we saw was quite awful (Chris Michaels band).

We do not reccommend this company.

P.S. Both Steven Scott and Hank Lane were much more accommodating, personal, friendly, and service oriented.

Well I was also put into a room, to watch the Dvds. The need to invest in a better set up. Their DVD player would freeze often, that was frustrating. As far as their customer service, it's definitely not great. I haven't heard from them and my wedding is in about three weeks. I need to go over the songlist and they need to learn our wedding songs lol
I am however, pleased that I booked True Blue, I was so impressed by them. I hope they live up to my expectation. Sorry to hear about your negative experience.

Unfortunately, I am pretty frustrated with the poor customer service I have received overall in my wedding planning. John from Flower Michele, has been on top of everything, he seems like one of the few vendors that actually 'care' .

When we went there, they had a showcase of Play by Play. Was there one when you guys went?
