February Wedding Ideas?

Hi I am looking for some help in deciding what theme I should use. I am having a outdoor wedding along side a very beautiful creek on our property. We are having a wedding on the 24th. I want something simple but elegant to a certain degree. There is going to be about 150 people for a very simple ceremony to follow a full reception at my mothers home. Any ideas???
Also I have a son from a previous relationship and we want to include him, how? Any sugestions would greatly appreciated.
