Federal USF surcharge
supposedly they passed this law about not including it in bills anymore or charging it, does anyone know when this comes into affect?verizon wireless said it did pass but she didn't know when it took affect and if anything the rates went up as opposed to down.

The federal USF surcharge that is going to be put to a stop would appear on the long distance portion of your landline, I dont know if anything was done about wireless. I believe it goes into effect in july....
