I recently ordered my gown from them. OK, now that I'm totally paranoid that I gave them my REAL wedding date when I ordered my dress, I just thought I'd get some input from brides who have used them (or are using them now). I was very happy with the service, but just thought I'd ask for some feedback/opinions on your experiences with them Thanks!

My friend got married this past November and she bought her gown from Lilette's. She gave her correct date and was fine. She really had a great experience with them!!

Ask for Bilgay to be your seamstress for the alterations! I love that woman and she does fabulous fast work!

I used Lillettes. I was happy up until the point I had my dress on on my wedding day and well, that is where the issue began. I won't mention anything else until this is resolved but I wasn't satisfied with the seamstress end. I am VERY happy with Gerri who is amazing!! I gave them my real date and my dress came in on time.

My friend who was married in September recommended them to me, she worked with Gerri and I forget who else, but she had NOTHIGN but good things to say about them when I spoke with her last month. Also, if you give them your real wedding date, usually the salons give the companies an earlier date... For my sister's wedding that's how it worked..we gave everyone the real date, and THEY put it earlier on the dress orders.

I LOVE Liellett's!!! I gave them my real date and (so far) have had no problems. I worked with Kathy....she's amazing!

So far everything has been great. They told me my dress should be in my May - when I go for my first fitting. Gerri is a doll!!

I ordered my wedding dress at Lillette's. I worked with Gerri and she has been absolutley wonderful!! I had a long engagement and I ordered my dress early in fear that the dress would be discontinued. I have since come to look at it and they are storing it for me in a safe place. They have had the dress since July 2003 and I am getting married on October 10th 2004. So far they have been wonderful and Gerri is just GREAT!!! I have not had my first fitting yet but I did order a bridesmaid dress two years ago for my cousin's wedding and they were great then as well.

one of my friends got her wedding dress from them but had a not so great experience with them. i'm sure she is out of the norm. they ordered her the wrong size for her wedding dress...a size too small. she ended up having to wear the sample dress.

I was a Lillette's bride - I just can't rave about them enough - Geri was the best. The dressmakers were fabulous, not one complaint on the alterations! I ordered my dress in February and it came in June for my September wedding.

I ordered my dress back in June 08 my wedding is on april 11
today is 3/9 and they still do not have my dress. and they cannot tell me when it's coming..just that it will be here 4 to 3 weeks before wedding date. and they said they know about it..they know to call me right away when the dress comes in
should i be worry??

my sister got her dress there for her wedding in december and we got our BM dresses there... the experience was great. I am going to get my own dress there.

i call them again. and she gave me an attitude saying oh i spoke to you before. i told you we are going to call you 4 to 3 weeks before the wedding date! i said it is 4 weeks. hello? now she said she's going to call and find out what happen and call me back.
i'm still waiting!!
so unprofessional. This should be the last thing i'm stressing about.
