What is everyone doing about feeding their vendors. I am in a dilema and not sure what to do. I have 9 band members, 2 phototographers and 1 videographer.

I fed all my vendors. Usually your reception hall will give you a discount for vendor meals.

Re: Feeding Vendors
We have a lot of vendors too - our hall is giving us vendor meal pricing - thank goodness

Re: Feeding Vendors
I know it seems like alot of money, but I recommend feeding the vendors. My brother is a videograopher and I know he can start working at 11AM and stay unitl 2AM. How can someone work all of those hours without eating?
But use your discretion because your photographer and videographer may be with you all day and your band may only be there for 4 or 5 hours.

Re: Feeding Vendors
fed people work better. I wouldnt want a grumpy hungry vendor.. can you imagine the DJ selections or how many photos of the cake you'd get??? heh

Re: Feeding Vendors
Remember they are there with yoiu for hours!
Your band has to arrive early to set up, and leaves after you cause they need to pack up. If you don't feed them they will have to 'brown-bag' it, which looks really cheesy, or they will have to leave and run to mcDonalds or something.
I have close family that works in a professional wedding band and every single wedding supplies meals for them. Usually the hall has discounted vendor meals.
Good luck!

Re: Feeding Vendors
you should feed the vendors. You don't want them to get hungry and go out for pizza.
