Feel nauseous, Can't sleep... :(

Too many things running through my head.
Majorly stressing out money, responses and having nightmares about a wedding that is a flop.
:(:( :(

Whenever I get like that (and it happens a lot, though not really about the wedding yet), I try to distract myself in some way. Read a book, watch a movie, something. Or, if you can make a list (this always makes me feel more productive) of ways to handle potential problems, that can settle you too. It's all a matter of taking control of things you CAN control, and letting go of those that you can't. And in a few months, your wedding will be beautiful, and you'll wonder why you stressed so much about it!

Take a deep breathe and relax.

Easier said than done, I know.

I got like that the other night. I actually made myself feel better by making a list of things to do, wedding and non wedding related. Then I did a whole bunch of them and now I feel much better. You'll feel better soon.

OMG you just gave me flashbacks! So many emotions go through your head at the very end...is it worth it? How can we afford this? Will people even like it? Why didn't we elope? Is it too late to elope? Those were some of the questions going through my mind...along with, am I nuts? How can I do this alone? I'll tell you this much...all the answers are YES! It is worth it! As long as your love and happiness are evident (and they will be) people will enjoy themselves! All your hard work WILL pay off! So yes, this is what makes planning 'suc k' but the end result, marrying your best friend your way and seeing all your hard work in action is priceless...soooooo worth it!

Pray for calm, clarity and focus...God never fails!

We're here...we understand...it will be OK!

I can completely relate. I am experiencing the same thing right now (which is why I am still on the computer!). I try to just stop all of the thoughts and focus on good things.

No Hollie, not you too! It's worth it, pray, relax, think of the 'prize'...

ETA: Are we the only 2 on? OK, need to go cuddle with my bear now...

KB - no hijacking; feel better, focus, breathe...it will ALL be worth it soon!

I have been waking up in the middle of the night with wedding stuff going through my head. I put a book and pen next to the bed. Now when I wakeup I write down what's stressing me and am usually able to get back to sleep.
