feel sorry for me

so many of the threads are of local things (duh, it's a LONG ISLAND BOARD and i live in NJ) that i feel like an outsider

don't get me wrong, the women i've met have made me feel like i am very much part of 'the club', it's just that i'm feeling a little sorry for myself right now.

ok, pitty party over.

Im an 07'er crashing but i live in North Jersey... I can never go to gtg's or events either!
We'll make our own! haha

i knew that i would be made to feel like part of 'the gang' again

what comes to mind is... granted we're around the new york area... but how women from many different walks of life can come together for a common cause and become friends.

i love this place

I am a LI girl who lives in VA (getting married on LI), I feel your pain. Just so happens the next GTG is the day I go back to VA
