we were just going over a list of guests just so we have an idea and my fh only has about 26 people on his list and that is if they all bring a guest included. and then theres my list which is 86 so i kind of feel bad bout me having more people in attendance then him it doesnt bother him but it bothers me . what do i do??? i feel really bad bout this. do i cut my list down a little or keep it the same that it is. thanks ladies!!

If FH doesn't feel bad about it then you shouldn't either. You should invite who you want and not worry about cutting your side of the list ONLY for that reason.

i know thank you!! i just feel bad thats all he doesnt seem to mind it but i still cant help but feel bad

I agree, if your fh doesn't feel bad about then don't worry. I had about 90 on my side and 30 on his.....just the way it worked out

I totally agree! You would be surprised how many people may decline coming to your wedding anyway...

BUT if you want those people there, don't feel bad!

My FH has no guests. He has a small family to begin with but his mom doesnt like me so she wont be coming and neither will his sister. The only person that likes me and is really wanting to come is his ex step dad who he actually calls dad.

I'd be willing to bet that more often than not the bride's side is bigger. Usually women have more friends and are inclined to invite people they work with. We're the more social gender. The plus side is that after you're married these people will be your hubby's people too!

I'm not from this area and my family is very small compared to FH enormous, LI based family. I will invite more work friends, but FH's side will likely outnumber mine 3-1! No worries, just be sure to have ushers NOT sit by brides side/grooms side at the ceremony.

Not a big deal at all! FH will probably have more guests than me because I have a very tiny family and his family is enormous. Just the way it works out sometimes. I was bothered at first because I'm the bride and I felt like everybody going would be there for him. But I got over myself and it's really not a big deal!

My list is 250, his is 80, trust me, yours isn't that bad lol. If he's ok with it, don't worry about it!
