Ugh, do any of you feel that no matter what you do people just can't seem to keep their negative comments to themselves. I'm not gonna bore you with everything, but I'll just share this last thing. On Easter some family members asked where we were registered and we said macy's and target, and than someone said oh great expensive places, why didn't you go to BBB? I than said that when macys has a sale the prices are really pretty good and that we did target because their prices are cheap. I just felt so bad about this because I thought I did a good job, we didn't register for anyting really expensive, we didn't even do china. Geez! I know that you can't let everyhting get to you, but it just hurt my feelings. Thanks for reading ladies.

Both Macy's and Target have reasonable prices! and I am sure you have a wide ranges of price points on your reg. Dont let them bother you, you know what they say about opinions.

aww, don't let it get you down, some people just don't think before they speak. I think Macy's and Target are great choices, and how smart is that person, in my experience, Target items usually cost less than BBB. Don't worry, everything will work out.

I've actually found BBB to have expensive prices! We registered there and I feel bad for some of the things...I mean $50 for an ironing board?!!!

You really can't listen to people they are going to complain regardless. Just take them with a grain of salt.

I've learned one thing for sure in planning this wedding - everyone has an opinion! It's tough but you have to learn to shut everyone out and just do what you and FH want. You're NEVER going to be able to please everyone....

awww sorry you had to deal with that. Unfortunately no matter how hard you try there's always going to be ppl that you can never please. I stopped talking about our wedding in front of our families b/c there was always that one person that could never be happy about anything and it was such a buzz kill to listen to them. I know its frustrating but dont let it get to you and just remember that your wedding from the very beginning of planning to the very end should be just how you and FH want it and it will be spectacular no matter what anyone has to say

IMHO, I think BBB are pretty expensive with some of their items. Unfortunately, you can not please everyone. Dont let them stress you out!

Why didnt they just asking you to register at the dollar store? ppl dont know when to keep there mouths shut! Macys depending can be expensive but how is Target expensive? Target is reasonably price! Ignore them because im sure if the shoe was on the other foot they would register wherever they felt like it.

It really bothers me that people don't use their CENSOR button. Macy*s can be CHEAP! in the very BEST way. They have so many sales and use your card and coupon and BAM...DEAL. Target is so reasonable... BBB is great, esp. with their coupons that don't expire but they are comparable to Macy*s and Target I think.

ugh, i feel for you. if there's one thing i've learned through this wedding planning stuff...it's that people have opinions about EVERYTHING, and they get really nosey and 'willing' to share their opinions, even when you really don't need to hear it. don't let them make you second-guess yourself. you are allowed to register where ever you wish, and so long as you offer your guests several different price points, they should really just shut it and shop, or not. seriously!! oh and to cheer you up: from a complete stranger :o)
