I think he probably really is sick. I mean. he did call you back. Sucks about the timing. Give it a few days and see if he calls you after he gets better.

I am not sure what the other girls are gonna say but I will tell you that I think he really is sick. I think he did call and us girls are like that....W T F took him so long to call....there is no excuse!! I know the feeling from the past. Like, come on dude! Just call already!!!!

And....SERIOUSLY KICKING YOUSELF for turning off the phone I am sure.

I would wait patiently until tonight....if he doesn't call you by like 10:00. You call him and say 'I was just calling to see how you were feeling...Ok, give me a call when you can! Feel Better Hun!' Very Breezy! Not like 'WHERE THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN AND WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALLED ME!! I DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE SICK!! IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO PICK UP THE PHONE!' (Even though I do agree with you on that....I feel like if YOU were sick, YOU would have called but BOYS ARE STUPID AND NOT LIKE US! (Sorry Guys))

OK, back to Michi -- I also have to believe and think 'your date' IS sick and that its the difference between us men and women .. we just do not understand what the big WHOOP it is to pick up a phone and call, whereas guys will NEVER understand how much it means to us!!

That said, since I am very much a recluse and loner when I am sick, I gotta give 'the date' the benefit of the doubt and trust that he just feels awful and 'vants to be alone.''

As Flaca said, if you DO call tonight (and that is up to you.. I'm not sure how I would handle that one yet) then by all means just be really sweet and cool about it, nothing frantic or pushy, etc.. Though I'm still torn as to whether or not I would call him tonight. Its a toughie

I know I'm not entirely being much help today, and I'll write you an FM later.. but trust me sweetie I TOTALLY, 100% DO NOT think you are crazy !! I Do TOTALLY understand why you would doubt this , and would doubt evertything when it comes to ANY guy .. its hard to trust again.. I know

But to be fair for now, and since it seems legit for now, you have to try to trust he's telling the truth ...unless its proven otherwise or this goes on for too long, ya know?

awesome, i def agree with ya..and no im not calling him tonite, i left him a message yesterday and after that its kinda up to him..plus giving him the benefit of the doubt--if he really is sick, i certainly dont wanna bug him :) for the record I M NEVER SHUTTING MY CELL PHONE AGAIN LOL!!!!!!

sorry michi...

I think he was geniuinely sick. Poor guy...he might have had something he didn't want you to see or hear (like a stomach virus) and doesn't want you to see him all gross and needy. Or maybe he doesn't want you sick also...

give it time, he's been burned before too!
