Fell off the bandwagon... Renewing wedding weight loss goals

I got some wedding related things done this summer but as far as working out... well it jsut hasn't worked out.

So this week I go back to work and back to school. Some form of a schedule will be redeemed and I won't be tempted to go out any night of the week and spending lots of money and calories on drinks!

I'd like to lose 30 lbs. by the end of the year. I think it's an aggressive yet achievable goal.

Anyone else want to share goals?

I'm right there with you! I've been pretty caught up in stuff for my sister's shower and my schedule has been crazy so I haven't had much time to put into my weight loss goals.

But as of today I'm back on track! Starting my workout routine tonight as a matter of fact!

I gained two pounds and I'm getting back on the bandwagon. Need to lose 10 pounds. Now that the summer is coming to an end I am getting in gear to eat healthy and work out.

I fell off the working out bandwagon. This summer I made a nice donation to Lucille Roberts!

I am officially back on track this week!

Hi!
I need to lose about 24 lbs. I have always been sucessful following a 1200 cal. diet. If you don't have health issues, or diabetes, in particular, I have found that eating protein, and drinking lots of water, actually speed up weight reduction. Mary
