I'm sorry u are dealing with this. If she misses his wedding she will have to deal with it. Its sad she will miss this important day of her son's life but don't let it ruin your day. Its amazing to me just how selfish people can be, especially parents. Hope it all works out

I'm so sorry. This has to be really hard for you and for your FH. Maybe it will all work out in the end. Hopefully his mother will come around, and only come herself. Part of me want to say SCREW them! But I know it is much more difficult.

I mean really, they are not helping you guys out, so he should have no say whatsoever in your wedding. I mean really talk about being an a$$.
Sorry babe!! And if your FMIL can't stand up for herself, oh well, I guess she will miss out on her son getting married. Give your FH a big hug honey...I feel so bad for him. What a shame.

where do these people get the nerve to speak to you or your fh like that?!!? This is suppose to be a happy occasion and they are trying to ruin it-don't let them get to you! i know you would have liked them there for your fh but honestly its not worth the aggravation.
to make matters worse they know that you are having health problems and have the NERVE to say those things to you. No one should be spoken to like that!
