OK so my girls are wearing this dress (exact colors):
My sister (MOH) is wearing it with the red (cranberry) underneath... she wanted to stand out, I don't know if I love it but whatever...
I want this FG dress and ideally I would like it in the cranberry for the bodice and skirt with a black sash (if one more person tells me it's bad luck to have the FG wear black I'll scream) butttt of course cranberry isn't an option.... so of the colors below what do you think is the best option? WIne or Chianti?

tough call! from my computer screen they both look fine, but sometimes those colors look more purple in person. any way you can order a swatch or see it in person. either way, the FG will look super cute!

Do they have fabric swatches at the shop you can compare?

I love FGs in colored dresses, so i'm voting for the Chianti. Is the wine also an option? Could that be a little more on the purple side? Whichever swatch is more red is the way to go. I think a black sash is perfectly fine and NOT BAD LUCK. Jeebus!

Because my family is crazy... it;s bad luck to have her wear black, to have her basket have any black on it... it's bad luck to use scissors to cut the ribbons off of your shower gifts. We're Italian, we just make shyt up I think.
Yeah I'll probably have to go into the store. The kid is in PA (FH's cousin's kid) and I was hoping to avoid a trip in person.
