fh and baseball

So if the yankees end up playing on thursday night....

We have Pre-cana thursday night.

That means we can't go to the pre-cana. We have to go and re-schedule the class.

I wonder if any of the other couples in the group are going to miss?

Would your FHs miss it?

If it were the Mets...or a Pearl Jam concert...I'd reschedule.
ETA: We don't have to do pre-cana, but if we did, that would be my only option.

Actually i am on SummerGrooms side on this. If it was the Mets and it was the last day of the World Series. Oh yeah I would reschedule!

My FH is Jewish (and an oriole fan since he is originally from Maryland) so obviously we aren't going to pre cana but he has already informed me that if the orioles make the world series next year (ok dream on) that he would miss our wedding to be there hahahahhaha right so don't feel bad if you FH wants to miss it... guys are such losers when it comes to sports sometimes lol

I am sure a lot of people will be canceling appointments that day. YAY Yanks!!

EDITED: FH would only make me miss it if it was the Islanders.

I'd make him miss it for the Yankees.

hmmm.. well we missed precana this sunday because I was running the marathon.. not that I don't know if it's the same thing.. lolol

but yes if the mets were in the world series we would probably be AT the game lol

I am a HUGE Yankees fan. Our first night of pre-cana was game 1 of the WS. We didn't reschedule, because it was the first night, but they had the tv on (it was in a couple's house). I 100% would agree with him rescheduling.

Of course we have to reschedule LoL... We went last week when it was game 2... Ours is in a church so we don't get to have the game on anywhere... Only checking updates on my blackberry... We went last week because we can only miss one and I took the chance that if the Yankees went to game 7 we would miss that... Hopefully I won't have to worry about that since I am off from work tomorrow and would love to celebrate a World Series victory tonight!!!
