We are soooo excited! We found a HUGE apt. in franklin sqaure.... utilities, washer/dryer, etc. etc. is inlucded for only $850! we are really excited! we can start cleaning and moving in on dec. 1!!!
Ladies, seriously, if you're looking for an apartment, you need to check out the classifieds in the LI catholic. i have to thank mom for that tip... she subscribes to the paper and most 1 bedroom or studios in there are well under a thousand a month... a STEAL these days. you should check it out. we got a fantastic deal and looked at other apts. advertised there and they were nice too!!!
But, FH and i are soooo excited. everything is coming together!!!!!

Congrats that's great
UMMMM what's the L.I Catholic? Is it a newspaper? I'm not Catholic, would that make a difference if I were to apply for something I found there?

It is a newspaper. Many people that are Catholic on the Island subscribe... it comes out weekly, but I checked and they do have a website:
Sorry, but the 3rd one down is taken! LOL.... they do update the ads every week!!! I think the prices are low because I think people who read this paper are generally nice people with good values and they want the same from their tenant so they're willing to go under market value to ensure that they get someone nice!
