so exciting! We both own co-ops and have to sell them before we can seriously look. I will admit to watching the MLS for ideas and have found more than a few places we would love to bid on.

We arent seriously looking just casually. But definitely see a lot that we like. We think its important to see whats out there now so thats why we are looking. We will most likely get a house in a couple of years if all goes according to plan!!! We are looking to move near my sisters in melville. ( we are really close with my family and always are going out for dinner drinks etc so it would be perfect to live near them!).

FH and I want to start looking here and there...we actually looked a a house last friday, but it was too small. There is sooo much out there, so its never to early to start!

Yay!!!! Congrats!!!! FH and I just signed a contract last week with a builder and gave our deposit. Our home is going to start getting built at the end of this month in Farmingdale. I am soooooooooooooo nervous.... Now I'm going to be a LI girl!!!!
