FH and I are almost an Aunt and Uncle! (UPDATED: SHE'S HERE!!!)

We got the call at 5am that his sister was in labor. Her due date was 1/26 and then a week before that, the date got pushed back to 2/2, so we've all been impatiently waiting for the arrival of our first niece! I'll keep you posted......

She's here, she's here!! I can't wait to meet our niece Keara Jade tonight!!

Her name is going to be Keara Jade (pronounced Keera).

She's now 7cm by the way and has received her epidoral!

Congratulations! It's fun being an aunt. I have 5 nieces and 4 nephews! with one more niece or nephew on the way...out of these 9 i am godmother to two and it really feels awesome! I love all these kids to death!

Thanks guys. We can't wait to see her tonight. I went out during lunch and bought her a baby-sized tiara that has her birthstone in one of the points. And so the spoiling begins.....

We visited our niece tonight and what a beautiful baby she is....seriously beautiful! She was 6lbs, 14oz., 19'.....the hospital she's in doesn't let the babies out during visiting hours so we had to look at her through the glass which was still fine with us.
