If we have good weather, we will be broke. We booked WCC becuase we love their outdoor area and setup, which we later found out is not included sniff sniff. Now, wed at WCC is an after work spot and we just fell in love with the outdoor area all over again, and i know we are going to have to pay a couple of thousand $$$$ for this, but its gorgeous and exactly what we want out cocktail hour to look like..
We have to make an APPT soon to get cost which im sure im might need a 2nd job to cover it
(well we cant afford to make the whole place look like this, but the whole bar area int he first pics-where they just have the cube tables, we want to try and make that area look and feel loungy-miamish
wow, really pretty and chic! That is poo that you didn't know it wasn't included before you booked!
I know how you feel though, everything adds up so fast

I did know before i booked, i mean i didnt know before i fell in love... and i just couldn't walk away after they told me it was extra becuase i knew i could still make it look like that...

Its the furniture that is not included (the white sofas and white tables) they still give you tables and chairs, but not the white ones.

i think they told me they DONT own the furniture, so they rent it for us.. I dont know how it works now that they have after work events and need to rent the furniture often (maybe they have cheaper deals) and maybe they bought some...
Also, i know CHCC redid their outdoor and i believe their furniture is included so maybe the WCC might change.. dont know

2010er crashing
I went through the same BS with them ... it's ridiculous. They don't directly own the furniture, but W Events (which is also owned by the same company that owns WCC) will rent it to you.
I tried to get just the sofas, palm trees, and coffee tables (8 total loveseats) and they quoted me $1200 ... they went down to $1000 after i negotiated. I refuse to spend that much $$$ on just CH though! I asked if they'd do 4 loveseats for $500 but they said no.
It's ridiculous if you ask me... we opted to just not have the furniture. believe me, your guests won't know the difference, but your wallets will!
note: try renting the furniture out from a diff company for less - you might get lucky.

they no longer have the tiki bar, they placed it with a brand new bar..
1,200 for 8 sofas plus the tables and the trees? maybe im nuts but i dont think thats a bad price if its 8 love seats (im blinded by the fact we are set on having them, and i thought it would be more like 3000...

i'm not entirely sure but FH seems to think it was just for the CH and then they take it away.
GlitterBox24 - $1000 is a ton of money - think of it in non-wedding terms ... that's like two weeks' salary for the average person...!!!! that's a lot of working hours!

I was told u can have it all night. They even leave it throughout your reception so people can have access to it since our rooms leads outdoors but I think we want ppl in and out. What we did want was an after party and we can also have it for that also.
