Does anyone else find registering with fh like pulling teeth...yesterday we go to the two places we are registered at to finish up..and he has no input on anything..he barely was helping..and then today i wanted to open a honeymoon registry and again he seems like he doesn't care..this even started a fight yesterday..I can't take it..

Really?....he wasn't even into the electronics or using that hand held 'gun'/scanner?? That's what got my FH into it I got to tell him what to scan, and he pointed the gun at it. But yesterday, we started a registry at Sears for electronics, and he was allllll about that!.....we put on a TV, digital camera, etc......of course there were a couple of whines about putting a game system on, but I quickly shot that down

Don't worry Kristen Steve was the same way. He held my bags and I did everything. Everytime I asked , 'Do you like this?' He would just say, whatever you want hunny lol.
The only thing he picked out was the pot set and the knife set b/c he cooks more than me and all he wanted was like the cheapest stuff, I had to force him to pick something a little expensive he said its rude to register for such expensive stuff
Anyway, we only did the major things at the store and then I finisahed at home online by myself.
Some guys just aren't into this stuff, don't push it, maybe take your mom instead

i was actually just thinking about us registering yesterday bc he did most of it lol, he kept saying if you see something you like let me know, i was like ok dont worry i will lol. I was a bit out of it yesterday bc we had went shopping right before that since we were at the miracle mile and he was sitting there color coordinating everything and there was this whole chinese place setting thing with mini dipping cups and sushi boards and all that and i picked one thing out and he was like well it doesnt go with the plate and this is better lol, then picking out the napkins for it lol i was just like uhmmmm ok...so maybe it was just your fh's mood yesterday.

and we had a weird experience, i think some girl was following us fh was like well maybe its somebody from LIW and they recognized you, im like NO i dont think so...it was so weird bc at crate and barrel when you finish registering you put the scanner through the registry machine wait for it to upload, then we have to put both of our names our addresses, phone numbers and all that, the WHOLE time this girl was standing at this table next to the machine looking at this one item, and that took a bit of time so it was for a while, and i kept seeing her from the corner of my eye looking at us and who looks at one glass on a table for like 10 mins or more , then when we walked away she did too, we went to look at one other thing and again she was right by us...then when we printed out our registry fh noticed that a few things at the end of the page had a code but no pic and said no description so he asked the lady about it and we were standing there while she was trying to fix it and that took a little bit of time and AGAIN the girl is right by us and just standing in front of this thing but not really picking things up and looking at them, i look over at her like W** and she looks at us and smiles, i just turned to FH and started laughing, is this weird or is it just me? lol
i was just like does she want us to take her home w** lol

ur def not alone! we still havent registered bc fh has no interest in registering... i think if he doesnt seem interested soon then im just gonna go with someone else, bc i want it to be fun! i mean w t f is wrong with these guys its the one time u can go shopping and pick out whatever u want!! i know mine won't be into it. i even suggested registering at best buy (not that i have any clue if they have a registry) for a flat screen tv and other stuff. the thought of him following me around BBB or fortunoff with a super bored look on his face makes me cringe.... which is why i haven't registered yet.

i normally do, i even say to ppl on the train 'W** are you staring at' but it was so weird lol and i kept laughing, and then fh saying maybe its some from LIW made me think at first and i didnt want to yell at someone in case it was but when we left i was like no it cant be anyone from LIW lol.

If I didnt yell at the girl, FH definitely would have said something to her. Thats weird!!! Maybe she thought you were Scarlett Johansson!!!
