So FH told me the other day that he want to book the HM and surprise me later with where we are going. We had decide that we are going to go somewhere withing a driving distance because we only have like a week after our wedding (then I have to go back to school and him to work). We plan later to plan a trip which we will plan together.
My question is should I let him 'surprise me' or should I be worry???

Ohh this is tough! I think it's really really sweet that he wants to surprise you, and if he is really excited about doing it then I think you should let him. It'll be 1 less thing you have to plan! BUT if you really have your heart set on something and he has a completely different idea, you might not be the happiest camper.

IMO I would pick out a few places you would like to go and then let him surprise you with the actual final decision.

honestly i woudln't trust my FH lol he is just not good at those type of things..

I'm letting my FH surprise me.. I told him that I just wanna get on a plane and go someplace. I totally trust him to plan something fabulous. I've taught him well.
I say trust him to make the plans. One less thing on your plate.

IMO, that depends on how good he is at picking things you like. i'd be nervous about giving up the control to fh, who makes some strange choices sometimes. if your guy has a good track record, i say go for it! it'll be exciting not to know.
