FH at Bridal Shower???

Are any of you ladies having your FH at your shower?? I know its not usually done.. But I want mine there..

My FH will not be at the shower. I'm assuming he'll bring me there and pick me up. He would be so embarassed if he had to stay!

Same here... He'll drop me off and pick me up and of course load of the truck with the gifts. Other than that no need for her... he hates that kind of stuff. Personally, I do too, but I have to suffer to get the gifts.

My FH will not be at the shower. My mom was teasing him saying he had to be there and he looked like he wanted to cry. My cousin had her FH at her shower and the poor guy was clearly miserable.

its just a food, beer/wine, present type thing.. im calling it a bday party but with wedding presents

My sentiments exactly. The gifts are half his so I want him to be there and he wants to be there as well. We're treating it like a dinner amongst friends.

My brother had a jack and jill shower for his wedding and more recently, the shower forhis first baby. But he's one of those guys who likes sitting there opening all the presents and having everyone fawn all over him too.

i'm having mine there along with my dad... who else is gonna do the video and take the pics? (i'm not worried about awkward situations cause my mom told everyone its a PG shower lol)

I say do what ever you want and of course if he wants to be there too. I know my FH would not want to be there opening gifts, I'm having a hard time just getting him to go register which I still haven't done yet

I just had my shower yesterday and FH hightailed outta there he came back at the end to help pack up gifts and then we all went out for a drink.

I know alot of people that do that. Have their FH there. Everyone in my family did and there was no Jack and Jill either. You can do whatever you want.

I'm not a fan of showers so I told everyone that I want guys & girls having catering, bbq, and a dj. You bring the gifts and we'll open them alone. They're always boring and what's the BIG surprise we register for everything so basically we know what we're getting anyway. FMIL is having a fit. But it's our shower.

I think mine will be there at the end just to pick things up and take it home! I get all the fun of opening the gifts and he has to lug them home!

some ppl are traditial and think NO men! Well i had no choice...my shower Alex was in NC so he couldnt be there! But for our baby shower he was there but not in the room...he came out to eat and pass by but other than that i didnt see him till cake time!

My FH will not be there he thinks it is for women only and I don't think I would even want him there anyways. This is my alone time with all of the important ladies in my life before the big day!!
