Should we split one song in half or have FH dance to one song with his mom and another one with his stepmom?
How is this normally done? We also don't want this dance part to take a lot of time away from the party.

I'd have two separate songs so it is special to both of them. The dance itself is only as long as the song 3-4 minutes. It shouldn't take away from the reception.

You also have the option of editing the length of the song. Each woman has a different role in his life - they should have their own songs, IMHO...

I would say have there own song, I think it would make each feel special..
