Yesterday we received the first of our replies. When he saw that there are a group of his friends flying in from CA with their wives just to attend his wedding, he was so moved. On top of that we picked out his Tux to buy and the tuxes to rent for the guys.
For the first time he understood how special a day this is, and how it is HIS day too, not just mine (as he has been saying for the past 7 months)!

I am jealous! I can not wait to start getting replies!! Did people start sending them in very quickly? Or was there a few weeks lapse between when you sent them and when you got responses?

Mine so far have all been over seas so it has taken a while. But I just sent out the other so hopefully they will come back right away!

They went out last Saturday and I already received 10 back. Only one NO so far. FH is nervous that we will have too many yes's. Married friends have told us that the people on the fence will reply on or close to the RSVP date. So my fingers are crossed!
