FH gift, day of wedding..

What are you girls doing that day for your FH? I am trying to think of some ideas, but nothing is coming to mind. Flowers or jewelry is the easy way out for the groom to get the bride... what the heck do we do??

Yes, please give suggestions girls!! I could use some too.

I know that some traditional ones are watches or boudoir photos. I was also thinking flying lessons or to go skydiving. I think flying lessons were $50 - $100 per lesson when I looked, not sure about skydiving costs though.

You could also keep a journal about your thoughts about you FH and what you are excited about from now until the wedding. (I know my FH has been keeping one for 3 years... I'm sooo excited to read it!!!!)

I want to, but I really shy about those things. Maybe for a V-day or anniversary gift later.

... Also, I just noticed you are getting married at Okeha Castle... Aww that's my favorite!! It's going to be absolutely gorgeous!

Ahh, I'm stressing over this, too!!! He's the type of guy who will buy whatever he wants/needs, so I have no idea what to buy the guy who has EVERYTHING!!! I mean, I could buy him more (stylish) polos and sweaters. . .but for our wedding?!?!?!?

I am giving him a silver Tiffany money clip, that my father had actually received from his company but gave to me so I could give it to FH. I'm going to engrave it with our date, and then put a dollar bill in it, as a reminder that now I control his cash flow.

I don't think he's aware that he's 'supposed' to get me a gift. I don't mind really...I'd rather him not spend the money. And since this was kind of free, it's more like a gag gift, even though it's a very nice piece.

I got a cigar roller for the wedding, I don't know if that is a gift but I think it is. I told him we couldn't afford one and he said OK. It was the one thing he wanted SO I got it for him as a surprise shhhh

gave him an album of the b-pics i took, and a beautiful watch that was engraved. he loved them both.

I thought of something inexpensive that you could get....how about cufflinks to wear for the day of the wedding? You could get them engraved with his initials to personalize them.
