fh got in an accident

Some girl skidded on black ice and he swerved so he didn't crash into her...so he skid on the black ice too and crashed head on into someone that was parked. He is fine, thank God...but I feel so bad for him...he has had awful luck with his car...and it's completely messed up. This is the last thing he needs financially too.

A car can be replaced but at least your FH is ok.

That is my worst fear. It almost happened to me this morning too. BECAUSE PEOPLE DRIVE LIKE MORONS!!!!! Hellllooooo drive slow there is black ice.

I'm happy your FH is ok. Can he go through no fault? I'm sure it is No Fault b/c of the ice situation. If thats the case, he just has to pay the deductable.

That´s terrible!! But at least he´s not physically hurt. But I know its tough when unexpected financial problems arise. I´ll share some advice I was given. (and try to make it as short as possible )

I was going through a really rough patch (sorta still am but its much better now) and I was told that is exactly the time to start thinking positively. She said that we atract things to our lives by the energy we put out. If we´re thinking negatively, negative things happen. She said thats why it seems a lot of bad things happen all at once. One bad thing happens, we dwell on it and atract another etc. I don´t know if its true or not but it makes sense. So, don´t dwell on this and think positvely and things will get better!!
