FH got me my DOJ (necklace!!) with pics!!!
OK, i just have to say that i LOOOVE our jewleler. They are they greatest! My dress has a lot of beading up top and it is mostly in ivory/pearl color, so i had a hard time finding a necklace, i had no clue what would match with it. I am not a huge fan of pearls....although i know a pearl pendant would go perfectly with the dress, as does my everyday necklace which is just a small diamond cluster. As nice as it is, I really didnt want to wear my everyday necklace for the wedding. So our jeweler let me borrow different neckalces (one at a time) to go and try on with my dress. I think the people at the dress store thought i was crazy, and/or spoiled, but oh well. I finally found the one! FH just got it for me the other day! The jeweler is already thinking of earrings that will match it, either studs with the same thing on it, or ones that dangle a little bit. I'm not sure which one would go best yet. (maybe the studs would be simpler with my dress) here is the necklace and the dress.
it's hard to tell in the pic but there are small flowers in the beadwork on the dress, and the necklace compliments that nicely. (btw....the dress looks better on me than the model, lol)!
