Last night, FH and I were just relaxing and all the sudden he starts talking about the wedding and what we have to do and what he wants to do this weekend for it. I was totally taken back that he started talking about it and actually wants to help now. But I am totally going to run with this now and do everything he mentioned for the wedding this weekend with him! Normally when I bring anything up about the wedding he tells me we have plenty of time, meanwhile we don't, it's 4 months away! Sorry just had to share this break though that went on last night!
Is anyone other FH not helping much or just brush it off saying we have time?

I think this is wonderful and enjoy him wanting to help!!!!! Have fun with it.
I know my FH keeps saying that we have plenty of time but my neurotic nature wants everything done yesterday

Though he was always very opinionated even when he didn't want to be fully involved which complicated things! lol It all worked out though. Not much more for him to do now anyway, though he does have to still get his baptismal certificate and we have to apply for our marriage license!!

MY FH TELL ME WE HAVE ENOUGH TIME AND NOT TO FREAK OUT AND I KNOW WE HAVE 7 MONTHS BUT THAT TIME FLIES BY I AM GOING SATURDAY TO LOOK AT BRIDESMAID DRESSES AND 3/3 WE ARE DOING OUT TASTING FOR OUR MENU WITH OUR PARENTS AND IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS LOOK AT WEDDING RINGS

Oh totally! my FH was so not involved until about 2 weeks ago! once he saw how stressed i really was about the responses and everything that was a wake-up call for him, but now he is soooo helpful! it's very cute

My FH is super involved with our plans actually. he likes having an opinion on stuff which i love. but he doesn't get how urgent everything is. like if you take too long to do something or book something you will loose out!

The only thing my husband is concerned about when it comes to the wedding is that we stay within budget. The rest I've been doing on my own side from the meetings. I thinking as we get closer he'll get more into it.
