its okay. Just explain that to him like you did on here. We are girls and sometimes we think irrationally. Can't help it! Meanwhile men think about the logicallness of what time it is andthe cost of gas etc. Im sure he will forgive you!

I totally understand you...and I would feel the same way. I guess I'm old school too. Just talk to him and tell him where you are coming from.

aw, don't be too hard on yourself. tell FH why you want him to be home w/ you - that you can't sleep alone, you feel safer when he's there. even if's not entirely true, it might make him feel better to know he's coming home because he's needed and wanted at home, not because of anything else. i know whenever DH is out late, i stay up because i really have trouble falling asleep w/out him home.

im the same way! i like when fh is home with me..its not that i dont want him to do stuff i just want him to come home after

its a normal girl thing..jsut tell him how you feel, he'll understand!!!!!

Im the same way. My DH goes to a recording studio and sometimes he is there till like 4am. On those nights I sleep so bad. Any tiny lil noise will wake me. And I dont think I fully fall asleep till he is home. It might be different if I wasn't expecting him- like if he was away for a whole night and I knew he wouldn't be home till the next day- but we havn't come across that yet...

don't beat yourself up over it!

FH and I have had the SAME conversation before, especially when he thinks he might drink a lot.

Its not about you not wanting him to do anything - its about the fact that once get married, you wouldn't expect him to sleep out - his place is at home with you, unless he is away on a trip for whatever reason.

I would have done the same thing. Don't feel bad.

I don't think you are. If it was me. It is like maybe another 30 min to his commute. Being that he is traveling already what is the big deal. & plus I hate when people ask you for the truth about how you feel then get upset if you tell them.

don't feel bad!! I get the same way. I don't care where he goes I just like him to sleep home.

But i understand how you feel. the last time he came home, got 2 hours of sleep and then had to drive all the way back out where he came from for work the next morning.

No, you shouldn't have kept your mouth shut! You need to let him know now what you're comfortable with now so there aren't any surprises after the wedding, I would've done the same thing..
