thats awesome news and I am jealous of both of you - him, bc he gets to go, and you bc you get to eat.
DH and I just came back from HM in Europe and it included a one day French cooking class - it was magnifique!!

That is so great! Congrats to him adn good luck!! He will do great! - I always wanted to go to culinary school adn become a chef but mom didnt really approve of that as a profession...

What school is he going to?? My FH Grauated from Johnson & Wales...Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in HOtel/REstaraunt Management....

He is going to the French Culinary Institute in NYC! He is soooooo excited! I told him he can come home and practice anytime :) Already he is an awesome cook..I can only imagine what he will do with actual training! I will keep you all posted on the progress
