So in order for my ering (& wedding band for that matter) to still be covered under its lifetime guarantee, im supposed to take it to be inspected every 6 months...im an idiot and forgot to get it inspected back in december and just realized it now!!!
so tomorrow i havta call the jeweler and plead with them to let me take it to them to be inspected now and still be covered under warranty
anyone else have this happen?

who do you have? I have kay jewelers and i did the EXACT SAME THING lol. i just forgot lol. so i brought it in and i dont know if its because we were buying our wedding bands at the same moment i realized i didnt have it inspected but he let it slide and was real nice about it.

yea it's kay...both rings too! and of course since my wedding band is not in use yet, i completely forgot it needed to be inspected!
im gonna call them this morning and see if they will let it slide. ::fingers crossed::

ive had the same insurance policy on jewelry before, and i let it slip for like a year on my diamond cross, and they still let me keep the insurance..i think they're pretty laid back about it
