Fh is in a panic....

which is kinda cute and kinda stressing me out big time.

He said he couldn't sleep and was worrying about the head count for the wedding. LOL I mean, we both know the realities of inviting 250 people (guarantee is 180), and that hopefully not all will say yes to attend.

I told him I can hold back some of his mother's 100 invites until we get some No responses. He said ok!

what's funny is that he thinks the 'planning' is over since we have the Photographer, DJ and Florist. He really doesnt understand just how many things are left to be booked/purchased/ordered.

I was shocked he said he didnt sleep well bc he was worrying over it. It does concern me, not going to lie. Oy.

I GOT THE 'WHY ARE YOU STRESSED' CONVERSATION THE OTHER DAY...AND THEN WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHY, HE COULD NOT GRASP THE IDEA LOL

TO MAKE IT VERY SIMPLE, I SAID TO HIM AFTER ALL THIS IS SAID AND DONE, I'M GOING TO CUT MYSELF A $30,000 CHECK AS MY FEES FOR BEING THE WEDDING PLANNER!!!

haha that's funny, I love when outta no where FH starts asking questions about the wedding planning. I think I would laugh if he told me he was stressed and just say 'welcome to any brides world' LOL

last night he was bringing up money and checking the saving account we have for it. And I brought up the wedding budget page I have set up. I'm horrible with money and that is the closest thing I've got to being up on it and he was in shock and awww about it then stole my comp to look at it for half the night LOL

lol, FH doesnt ask about the money since I am taking all the deposits from our joint Savings Acct and he knows it is all accounted for. The worry lies with the 'over 180' costs, since that will come from his own personal savings acct and that scares him. It should scare him, to be honest!

My FH is very worried about the same thing, as we currently have the RH amount saved for our min. amount, which is the amount we want.
Our guest list though is currently at 160.

FH doesn't understand all the stressed involved either! LOL!

FH doesn't stress me about money, but he thinks I can afford everything! When I say I'm broke he just serious looks at me and says 'No your not, you liar!' Apparently money just grows on trees and all my savings from the last year for a down payment on a house can be easily spent! (Sorry for the quick vent).

BUT! His mother, him, and my mother are like the worst people to deal with! They all have their ideas of how my wedding should be and then they all tell me they are stressing! THEM!!!! REALLY?

Okay.... sorry for the vent...

BUT! Tell FH to relax. It'll all work out and it's not for another year (A YEAR!!!!!) Us brides can stress, but FH's aren't allowed to just yet.

we both have these panic moments, it's what stresses us out the most...our guarantee is 150 and right now our invite list is around 240 We're having a real issue cutting it down...so unless I distance myself from 30-50pp in the next year we'll be having to save A LOT! We have panic moments but then talk each other off the ledge and reassure that we'll make it all happen

We told our BM at Venetian that we will be opening up envelopes at the wedding to pay our final headcount! LOL he was laughing, kinda.

Yea FH panicked when I said we had to invite at least 250-270ppl to reach our 200 person minimum. He was like WHAT?? imagine all those ppl show up. I was like trust me they are not .. I just want to reach our minimum and not have less but a lil more is oK. His eyes opened soo wide

Aaww.. That's cute! My FH worries about nothing. He is so calm I sometimes wonder if he has slipped into a coma.
